Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing high-quality, dependable services. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Refunds are available if a service was not completed, was incorrectly fulfilled, or failed due to our error.
  • Services delivered as agreed are non-refundable.
  • For pre-paid or packaged services, see the Unused Hours Policy below.
    Service-Specific Refund Terms

    🛒 Grocery Shopping and Delivery

    • No refunds for correctly delivered grocery orders.
    • Full or partial refund for:
      • Incorrect, missing, or undelivered items.
    • Service fee is refundable if delivery was not completed.

    💊 Prescription Pickup

    • Full refund if prescription was not picked up due to our error.
    • No refunds for completed pickups.

    📦 Package Pickup and Drop-Off

    • Full refund for missed pickups/deliveries caused by us.
    • No refund for correctly completed services.

    🚗 Transportation to Appointments (Seniors 55+)

    • Cancel with 24+ hours' notice for a full refund.
    • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours, unless due to an emergency.

    🧹 General Household Tasks & Non-Medical Services (Seniors 55+)

    • Partial/full refund may be issued if tasks were not completed as requested.
    • No refunds for completed, satisfactory services.

    🧾 Errand Services for Seniors

    • Refunds apply only if errands were not completed due to our error.
    • No refunds for fully completed errands.

    👔 Dry Cleaning Pickup

    • Not responsible for third-party dry cleaner performance.
    • Pickup/delivery fee refundable if service was not completed.
    • 🕒 Unused Hours of ServiceIf you purchased a pre-paid package of hours for household help, errands, or non-medical services:
      • Unused hours are refundable within 30 days of the purchase date.
      • Refunds will be calculated based on:
        • The standard hourly rate for used hours (not discounted rate).
        • Any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
      • Hours expire after 1 month if not used, and no refund will be issued after expiration.
      • Partial hours may be rounded down to the nearest 15-minute increment for refund purposes.
      • Additional Information
        • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
        • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the service was completed properly or if policy abuse is suspected.
